Pinakbet with Shrimp Paste (Bagoong) Recipe



INGREDIENTS:


  • 1/2 kilo of port ( cut in a small size)
  • 1/4 medium sized of squash ( chop into serving pieces)
  • 5 pieces of Okra (cut into three pieces)
  • 2 pieces of eggplant (chop into serving pieces)
  • 5 pieces string beans ( chop into serving pieces)
  • 1 piece onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/8 cup of shrimp paste (bagoong)
  • 1/8 cup of oil
COOKING PROCEDURES:

  1. In a pan, put the oil and wait until hot.
  2. Saute garlic, onion and pork.
  3. Wait until pork is half-cooked.
  4. Put the Squash and the string bean.
  5. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 10 mins.
  6. Put Okra, eggplant and the shrimp paste.
  7. Wait for another 10 mins.
  8. Ready to serve.

Carbonara with Tuna Flakes Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kilo pasta
  • 4 canned century tuna flakes 
  • 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom
  • 4 cans of Alaska Evaporated Filled Milk (370mL)
  • 5 pieces sliced tomato
  • 4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 piece onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 dairy cream
  • 1 Eden cheese

COOKING PROCEDURES:

     Pasta:
  1. Boil the pasta.
  2. Add oil and salt to taste
  3. Drain and place in a large bowl.
     Sauce:
  1. In a pan, put the dairy cream and wait until hot.
  2. Saute garlic, onion and tomato.
  3. Simmer until tomato is half-cooked.
  4. Add the evaporated milk, wait util it simmer.
  5. Put cream of mushroom and tuna flakes.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Wait for another 15 minutes.
  8. Mix it with pasta.
  9. Ready to serve with cheese on topped.

Banana Heart in coconut milk with Shrimp paste (Ginataang Puso ng Saging with Bagoong) Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium sized of banana heart (puso ng saging).
  • 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga)
  • 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of shrimp paste (bagoong)

COOKING PROCEDURES:

  1. In a pan, put the 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga).
  2. Put the garlic, onion and the shredded banana heart.
  3. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 20 mins.
  4. Put the 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga) and the shrimp paste (bagoong).
  5. Cook for another 10 mins.
  6. Ready to serve.

Papaya in Coconut Milk with Snail (Ginataang Papaya with suso) Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

  • 5 medium sized of green papaya (thin sliced)
  • 1/2 kilo of snail (suso)
  • 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga)
  • 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
  • 1 piece of onion (sliced)
  • small amount of malunggay leaves
  • 1/8 cup of shrimp paste (bagoong)

PROCEDURES:

  1. In a pan, put 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga).
  2. Put the garlic, onion and the snail (suso).
  3. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 30 mins.
  4. Add the papaya as well as the malunggay.
  5. Wait until the coconut milk becomes dry but do not overcook the papaya.
  6. Put 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga) and the shrimp paste.
  7. Wait for another 10 mins.
  8. Ready to serve.

Jackfruit in Coconut Milk with Fried Fish Flakes (Ginataang Langka with Hinimay na Pritong Isda) Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 chopped Jackfruit ( Langka)
  • 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga)
  • 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga)
  • 3 pieces of flaked  fried fish (big)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • small amount of salt

PROCEDURES:

  1. In a pan, put the 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga).
  2. Put the garlic, onion and the chopped Jackfruit (langka)
  3. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 30 mins.
  4. Put the 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga) and the fish.
  5. Add small amout of salt.
  6. Cook for another 10 mins.
  7. Ready to serve.

Bicol Express Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kilo pork (cubed)
  • 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga)
  • 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 5 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • 5 pieces red chili pepper ( siling labuyo - chopped)
  • 5 pieces green pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of shrimp paste (bagoong)

COOKING PROCEDURES:

  1. In a frying pan, put the oil and wait until hot.
  2. Saute garlic, onion and pork.
  3. Add 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga).
  4. Put the shrimp paste, wait until coconut milk becomes dry.
  5. Add 2 cups of coconut milk ( unang piga)
  6. Put the chili pepper and green pepper.
  7. Wait for another 15 minutes.
  8. Ready to serve.
