INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kilo of port ( cut in a small size)
- 1/4 medium sized of squash ( chop into serving pieces)
- 5 pieces of Okra (cut into three pieces)
- 2 pieces of eggplant (chop into serving pieces)
- 5 pieces string beans ( chop into serving pieces)
- 1 piece onion (sliced)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/8 cup of shrimp paste (bagoong)
- 1/8 cup of oil
- In a pan, put the oil and wait until hot.
- Saute garlic, onion and pork.
- Wait until pork is half-cooked.
- Put the Squash and the string bean.
- Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 10 mins.
- Put Okra, eggplant and the shrimp paste.
- Wait for another 10 mins.
- Ready to serve.
