- 1 kilo pasta
- 4 canned century tuna flakes
- 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom
- 4 cans of Alaska Evaporated Filled Milk (370mL)
- 5 pieces sliced tomato
- 4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1 piece onion (chopped)
- 1/4 dairy cream
- 1 Eden cheese
COOKING PROCEDURES:
Pasta:
- Boil the pasta.
- Add oil and salt to taste
- Drain and place in a large bowl.
Sauce:
- In a pan, put the dairy cream and wait until hot.
- Saute garlic, onion and tomato.
- Simmer until tomato is half-cooked.
- Add the evaporated milk, wait util it simmer.
- Put cream of mushroom and tuna flakes.
- Add salt to taste.
- Wait for another 15 minutes.
- Mix it with pasta.
- Ready to serve with cheese on topped.
