- 1 medium sized of banana heart (puso ng saging).
- 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga)
- 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga)
- 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup of shrimp paste (bagoong)
COOKING PROCEDURES:
- In a pan, put the 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga).
- Put the garlic, onion and the shredded banana heart.
- Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 20 mins.
- Put the 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga) and the shrimp paste (bagoong).
- Cook for another 10 mins.
- Ready to serve.
