- 1 kilo pork (cubed)
- 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga)
- 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga)
- 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 5 tablespoon of cooking oil
- 5 pieces red chili pepper ( siling labuyo - chopped)
- 5 pieces green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup of shrimp paste (bagoong)
COOKING PROCEDURES:
- In a frying pan, put the oil and wait until hot.
- Saute garlic, onion and pork.
- Add 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga).
- Put the shrimp paste, wait until coconut milk becomes dry.
- Add 2 cups of coconut milk ( unang piga)
- Put the chili pepper and green pepper.
- Wait for another 15 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
