INGREDIENTS:
- 5 medium sized of green papaya (thin sliced)
- 1/2 kilo of snail (suso)
- 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga)
- 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga)
- 2 cloves of garlic (sliced)
- 1 piece of onion (sliced)
- small amount of malunggay leaves
- 1/8 cup of shrimp paste (bagoong)
PROCEDURES:
- In a pan, put 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga).
- Put the garlic, onion and the snail (suso).
- Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 30 mins.
- Add the papaya as well as the malunggay.
- Wait until the coconut milk becomes dry but do not overcook the papaya.
- Put 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga) and the shrimp paste.
- Wait for another 10 mins.
- Ready to serve.
