- 1/2 chopped Jackfruit ( Langka)
- 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga)
- 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga)
- 3 pieces of flaked fried fish (big)
- 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- small amount of salt
PROCEDURES:
- In a pan, put the 4 cups of coconut milk (pangalawang piga).
- Put the garlic, onion and the chopped Jackfruit (langka)
- Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 30 mins.
- Put the 2 cups of coconut milk (unang piga) and the fish.
- Add small amout of salt.
- Cook for another 10 mins.
- Ready to serve.
